I would agree with Medical, a flat tax would not only be fair, but a great way to bring in even income.

Knightnews... continue asking the tough questions and making SGA accountable for the next year. IMO its about time someone ask the tough questions instead of just falling in line.

Jess,

The link was included to the RSO database in this paragraph:

Considering how restrictive Cook suggests FERPA is, KnightNews.com asked if UCF requires student leaders to sign a written waiver of FERPA rights or document authorizing the university to publish their names online for the whole world to see.

We added it to the other one as well. Thanks for pointing that out to us.

As far as phone numbers, the links UCF provides to RSO Web sits contain phone numbers. And, UCF also publishes a bunch of phone numbers of Greek leaders here:

http://www.greeklife.sdes.ucf.edu/PDF%20Files/Contact%20Lists/ChapterPhoneList.pdf

Please let us know if you have any other questions. What do you think about the lawsuit the student newspaper won at UWM? We'd be curious to get your thoughts/input.

KnightNews.com questioned whether FERPA rules justified UCF in its stance — especially after discovering how UCF routinely publishes the names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers of RSO leaders on this Web site.

#1, the link (presumably to the RSO database) that is supposed to be embedded within that text is not there.
#2, phone numbers? The RSO database does not include phone numbers - just a contact name and email. Where does UCF print phone numbers of students?

Stein, we all know you wrote this, why do you neglect to name yourself as the author of an article whenever you try to start controversy?

Your site is the equivalent to UCF's TMZ.
