WWE and the BIG 12 have formed a partnership agreement for the Dr. Pepper Big 12 Championship Game, set to be held in AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX.
This partnership provides fans the ability to see combined WWE X BIG 12 logos on the field during the championship game, along with a WWE X BIG 12 merchandise line created specifically for the game. There will also be a custom-made championship title belt presentation for this year’s BIG 12 Football Championship “Most Outstanding Player”. This prestigious custom WWE championship will be presented on the field at the conclusion of the game by a WWE Superstar.
“WWE is a global brand that connects with a wide array of audiences,” said BIG 12 Commissioner Yormark. “With this partnership, we will integrate WWE and its brand power into one of the Conference’s biggest moments, further strengthening the bridge between sports and entertainment throughout the BIG 12.”
