UCF’s Sigma Chi fraternity will face UCF’s Student Conduct Board this Wednesday, according to UCF records.
UCF officials will have to convince the panel that Sigma Chi was in violation of UCF’s rules in order to punish the fraternity.
Knight News first told you about the hazing allegations last month.
Knight News will monitor the hearing and let you know the Student Conduct Board’s decision. If the board returns a not in violation verdict, UCF can try the case again an unlimited number of times to try to secure the “in violation” verdict from the board that UCF needs to punish the group.
