On September 18th, an estimated one thousand people piled into the Pegasus Ballroom for “Knights 4 Gaming.” The UCF computer store set up many gaming systems and allowed the students of UCF to play the night away with Halo and Call of Duty 4 tournaments and a Beatles RockBand stage. Hard Knocks made an appearance as well, setting up a miniature laser tag course for students to try out.
The event lasted from 10 PM until 4 AM, but the XBOX 360’s were removed about half way through the night because two controllers were stolen.
All in all, the night was a success, with students having the opportunity to mingle and game with fellow Knights all evening for no cost.
