The UCF Knights Men’s Basketball team continues to make its climb up the national rankings.

In the latest AP poll released yesterday, the Knights (11-0) climbed to the No. 19 spot in the rankings, up from the No. 24 spot from the week before. UCF also moved into the USA Today Coaches’ Poll, nabbing the No. 21 spot. Last week the Knights were also ranked in the ESPN.com power rankings.

UCF is set extend their undefeated record when they take on Furman in the UCF Holiday Classic tomorrow presented by EA Sports tomorrow at 7 p.m. They will also take either Northeastern or Princeton.

The Knights entered the Top 25 for the first time in school history last week.

UCF is off to its best start since joining Division I in the 1984-85 season. The team in currently on an 11-game winning streak, three games shy of tying the school record which is 14 straight set back in the 2003-04 season.

The Knights are the only team ranked from the state of Florida.
