Orlando’s Roxy nightclub is throwing a huge birthday bash for its club owner Ted Pizio Thursday night, complete with a dj battle, buses from UCF and free drinks for part of the night.

KnightNews.com has reported how many UCF students flocked to Roxy over summer, when it hosted week after week of summer college night events. According to EDU After Dark, the bus that students took to Roxy over summer is back for this event.

The Whats2Hot promo page for the event promises the annual birthday bash “celebrates in a movie-esque style that you have to see to believe.”

Below is some video we found showing the inside of Roxy at another event:

“For his party this year Ted is giving away the house with free drinks for everybody until midnight and has elected to host a dj battle between our personal favorite dubstep DJ combo DJ Nymz & Henry Fong against Roxy’s own Saturday night residents T-Gibbs and RMCZ,” Whats2Hot says. “Both duo’s have a great track record for making perfect party ear candy and should set the tone for one hell of a night.”

According to the Facebook page, the buses will pick up at Nike and HPA at 10 p.m., then head to Knight Library and Scoop at 10:15 p.m.  and will make a stop at Full Sail by 10:30 p.m. Those wanting to reserve a spot on the bus can text 754.581.4497 or email partybus@eduafterdark.com.

The bus costs $10 and includes the ride there and back, as well as free cover, VIP entrance and let’s you skip the line, according to the Facebook page.

For those driving themselves, Roxy is located 740 Bennett Road in Orlando, about halfway between downtown and UCF.
