Bomb Squad Leaves Campus After Suspicious Package Deemed Safe

UPDATE: The suspicious package was luggage and the scene is now clear.

KnightNews.com has learned that part of campus has been closed near Central Florida Boulevard and Gemini Boulevard.

UCF police told KnightNews.com that the Orange County Sheriff’s Bomb Squad Unit is on campus and expected to cap the suspicious luggage. It’s expected to have contents inside.
