A multiple vehicle fire shut down Garage A at the University of Central Florida Thursday afternoon.
A UCF Alert message went out to students just before 2 p.m. notifying them of the fire and asking people to stay clear of the area.
“*UCF Alert* Vehicle Fire in Garage A. Police on scene. Stay clear of area.”
Officials said that two vehicles were on fire and four others sustained damage from the flames. No injuries were reported. Initial reviews indicated no structural damage to the garage.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the fire. The garage is expected to be reopened by 4:15 p.m.
