Knight Library, a popular college bar near the University of Central Florida, has once again been named as the nation’s number one college hangout spot by Fiesta Frog.
Knight Library first opened in 2005 in “the plaza” across from UCF. After a long seven year run, the Knight Library closed its doors at the plaza and secured a new location on University Boulevard, giving the bar a complete renovation to keep the tradition going strong for UCF.
“The Knight Library recipe and philosophy is simple: friendly staff, pouring the greatest drink specials to the best clientele in the country,” Knight Library’s website reads.
The site listed the top 50 bars in the nation, making UCF’s own Knight Library number one. The top five are listed below:
1. Knight Library, Orlando, FL
2. Duffy Tavern, Lincoln, NE
3. Harpo’s, Columbia, MO
4. Chuck’s Cafe, Syracuse, NY
5. Kirkwood Avenue and 10th Street, Bloomington, IN
