A man was arrested on his third run-in with the UCF Police Department for trespassing on UCF property.

Quinton Carroll Williams, 27, was arrested Sunday after UCFPD responded to a call about a man, who was possibly unconscious, lying in the stairwell of Knights Circle, the report says.

In the report, Sgt. James Mangan of UCFPD said he recognized Williams because of the prior interaction UCFPD had with him in regards to trespassing.

Williams was first given a trespassing warning on Feb. 17 when police received phone calls about man at All Knight Study “making unknown gestures under his jacket and making facial gestures towards women.”

That original warning banned Williams from all UCF property, including affiliated housing.

On Sunday, Williams said he knew about his trespassing warning, but was visiting with someone.

“I asked him who he was visiting; he said Eugene and pointed at a door. He said that he was waiting for him,” Sgt. James Mangan said in the report. “A male answered the door and told [us] nobody by the name in question lived there.”

Williams was given prior warnings on Feb. 17 and July 2 before being arrested Sunday.
