Florida does not have much to be proud of when it comes to the NFL this year.

With the losses of all three teams this past week, we officially lack any team with a winning record. The Jacksonville Jaguars have yet to win a game this season, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers only have one victory to cling to, and the Miami Dolphins dropped below a .500 record with their heartbreaking loss.

That’s not to say we are without hope entirely, however. The Miami Dolphins put up a hard fight against the Green Bay Packers and left with a close loss. The Jacksonville Jaguars have been slowly improving since Blake Bortles gained the first string quarterback position. This week against the Tennesee Titans was the closest game they have had all season and shows a team on the rise.

Even with these silver linings though, The Tampa Bay Buccaneers somehow managed to crush fan’s expectations with a confounding loss of 48-17 to the Baltimore Ravens. No matter how you look at the game, there was almost nothing to be proud of. Mike Glennon’s performance was one of the most dismal imaginable, largely due to an embarrassing performance from the offensive line and a strong, ferocious Baltimore Ravens’ defense.

The Buccaneers’ defense was unable to contain Joe Flacco who threw five touchdowns, making this past Sunday one of the best games of his career.

Thankfully the Buccaneers have their bye week next, which will hopefully be spent either getting players healthy or at least allowing fans to have break their dismal season.

The Jaguars will be hosting the Cleveland Browns at home, at 1:00 P.M., while the Dolphins will travel to face the Chicago Bears for another 1:00 P.M. game.
