Next Thursday Knight’s Grub will be holding its grand opening inside of Next Door Bar, connected to Knight’s Pub.
Originally, Knight’s Grub was supposed to open Thursday night, but they had to push their opening date back a week. According to one of their tweets on Twitter, they received a catering order that made them push the grand opening date back to next Thursday.
Knight’s Grub had a soft opening on Jan. 12 for the College Football Playoff championship between Oregon and Ohio State. Their Twitter retweeted some people that attended and tried the food. The feedback was positive.
“Knight Grub’s grilled mac and cheese sandwich is honestly worth it,” said Jarell Lamar on Twitter.
The menu consists of a variety of different foods, at a fair cost. Eleven items on the menu are $2 and under and nothing is more than $6. The only $6 item is the grilled mac and cheese sandwich. Some of the foods served consist of sliders, soft tacos and puppy dogs. For those with a sweet tooth, they will also be selling chocolate chip cookies and lemon with coconut flake cookies.
Knight’s Grub will not be available every night of the week. They will only be open Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays 9:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. and Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.
If one doesn’t feel like going into the bar to try the food, they will be offering curbside pick up. Check out @KnightsGrub on Twitter to view photos of the food they will be offering.
