A new late-night cookie company is opening near UCF.
Insomnia Cookies is set to serve Orlando into the early morning hours when it opens its doors at the Plaza on University this spring.The bakery specializes in serving and delivering warm cookies daily from noon until 3 a.m.
On top of a vast cookie selection, Insomnia Cookies will also offer a full ice cream menu with customizable options such as the cookie a la mode and cookiewich, ice cream sandwiched between any two cookies of your choice.
