The new 10,000 square foot tiki deck inside Bright House Stadium is almost complete, and is now seeking partnerships according to the Orlando Business Journal.

Todd Stansbury, vice president and director of UCF athletics, said that the university has issued a request for proposals seeking a name sponsor for the new area, as well as corporate partnerships with businesses that have a beach theme, according to the Orlando Business Journal.

The new project cost about $2.5 million dollars and was paid for by ticket sales, according to the Orlando Business Journal.

Since creating the new beach club, premium-seating sales have increased by 30% equating to more than $2 million in revenue from premium seat sales, according to the Orlando Business Journal.

Stansbury told the Orlando Business Journal that another $1 million dollars would be invested into Bright House Stadium to improve the concessions and concourse area, including TV’s that would allow fans to watch the game while away from their seats.
