A state appeals court rejected firearms in University of Florida on-campus housing Friday, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
A gun-rights group was seeking to overturn a university ban on firearms, according to the Sentinel.
This ruling comes during a time of debate about whether people will soon be able to carry guns on college campuses.
