Alpha Epsilon Phi may have officially obtained the former Theta Chi house on campus.
A source close to AEPhi reached out to Knight News and said it became official today at 4:00 p.m.
Knight News has seen multiple AEPhi sisters personal Facebook accounts that appear to confirm this report.
Knight News then reached out to AEPhi President Kathy Benson who said that AEPhi was in fact offered house 409.
