Robert Chandler, the former director of the Nicholson School of Communication who was accused of double-dipping in the university’s budget for travel expenses, won’t face any charges, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
An agency report retrieved by the Orlando Sentinel reported that the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office ruled there was not enough evidence to charge Chandler.
Knight News broke the story about Chandler’s resignation after he was under investigation by UCF for six months.
The report obtained by the Orlando Sentinel said the “university’s concerns have been addressed” since Chandler repaid the money and stepped down from administration.
