University of Central Florida football head coach had his first Monday press conference at UCF in the regular season August 29.
Frost laid out what he expected from the team and noted that almost nothing would be held back on Saturday as far as gameplay execution goes, given that the team will be adopting an entirely new form on the field.
Frost had some reservation on how ready the team will be for Saturday’s game compared to where he would like the team as of now – consistently perfecting run-throughs in practice and letting loose with potential in those plays.
