EA Sports College Football 25 is one of the most anticipated upcoming video games this year. The last NCAA Football video game was NCAA Football 14, released by EA Sports in July 2013. Unfortunately, there hasn’t been a new NCAA Football game since then. The discontinuation of the series was largely due to legal issues related to the use of college player likenesses without compensation.
Since then, fans have been anxiously awaiting an announcement from EA Sports regarding the next installment in college football gaming. On February 2, 2021, fans received exactly what they were wanting. EA Sports announced that the college football game experience would be making a return under the name EA Sports College Football.
UCF was included in NCAA Football 14, however, fans are wondering if the Knights will make a return in the gaming world this year. EA Sports announced in 2023 that they had an agreement with at least 120 schools to be featured. All 10 FBS conferences have agreed to be in the game. That includes the BIG 12 conference. This does mean that the Knights will be in the new college football video game. Fans will be able to play as UCF in EA Sports College Football 25.
