Today, October 7th, 2025, at 3:21 P.M, UCF revealed the uniforms that the football team will be wearing for their annual “Space Game”. Today also marks one month until the “Nauts” play their space game.

This year marks the ninth year that UCF has kept the Space Game tradition, marking it as “Mission IX: Hyperspace”. UCF puts a lot of attention to detail and design into their space uniforms, so to see the full breakdown of all the parts, check out their uniform reveal post.

UCF’s annual space game honors the university’s deep-rooted connection to the space industry. This game represents UCF’s history of once being Florida Technological University, and their mission to provide education to support the U.S. space program at the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station’s space force branch. To this day, UCF is one of the top aerospace schools and continues to support the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station’s space force branch.

UCF is currently 8-0 in their space games, making the “Citronauts”, the mascot of UCF’s space game, undefeated. Will this streak continue?

The ‘Nauts take on head coach Willie Fritz and the Houston Cougars on Friday, November 7th at 8:00 PM on FS1.
