Many people have seen Daniel Tosh’s Comedy Central show, “Tosh.0,” which is based around making fun of viral internet videos.
However, most are unaware that he is a stand-up comedian.
Student interviews before the show.
To our surprise, Tosh was actually quite funny. He was very engaging with the audience, at one point even climbing off the stage and interacting with the Homecoming Court that was sitting front row.
The opening acts brought some big laughs, and were a great warm up for Tosh, who spent an hour giving students unwavering laughter. (The actual amount of time is not known, but at one point he did take out his iPhone stopwatch and point out that he was 47 minutes into his act and he needed to kill another 13 minutes according to his contract).
The line to enter the arena before the show stretched around the arena, reaching as far back as Tower 2 at one point.
Overall, it looked like a very successful comedy night for UCF Homecoming.
