A video has surfaced of an Orlando police officer appearing to be kicking and punching a handcuffed suspect while he was on the ground.
WFTV is reporting that the officer, Officer William Escobar is under investigation and has been reassigned pending an internal investigation.
According to WFTV, the video was shot by UCF criminal justice major Luciarae Fripp. She started recording the video after one of the officers kicked her brother, Refus Holloway, while he was handcuffed on the ground. WFTV reports that all charges against Holloway were dropped.
