Red Bull has put together a contest for students called “Red Bull Can You Make It?” and several students at UCF have taken up on their offer.

Teams consisting of three students are given the chance to travel across Europe in seven days the only stipulation is they have to exchange their cash and credit cards for 24 cans of Red Bull. Each team will use these cans as currency to complete checkpoints, pay for food, hotels, transportation and get to the final destination.

This means everything relies on the contestants’ bartering skills to complete their journey.

So far, UCF has 12 teams in the running to make Red Bull history but they need your help. Whichever team collects the most votes will partake in a once-in-a-lifetime competition.

The University of Central Florida is in the for Regional South voting at 1900 votes, with North Carolina State University coming in at 1650 votes.

Social voting ends February 25th, and a press release stated that it will be up to voters ‘to decide who will pack their bags and represent the U.S. in April.’

Red Bull extended a job offer to UCF students wanting to become a student brand manager on campus.
