The man on the right, Garsuah Dekontee Reeves, 28, was accused by police of driving 107 miles per hour down University Blvd. before he was pulled over for DUI. The man on the left, William Herlihy, 25, has had a DUI before, according to deputies. He tried lighting a cigarette when he was pulled over, but the deputy made him put it out. He was having a bad night, because his friend and passenger had been injured in a bar fight minutes before Herilhy got pulled over on University Blvd. for speeding.
