The man on the left, Marco Paz Medrano, is another young one. The 18-year-old took off his yellow wrist band, deputies said, once they made him get out of the car, but the deputy had already noticed it. At first he denied drinking, then admitted he drank from a friend’s cup. He “was profusely sweating” during the tests, with sweat “pouring down his arms, neck (and) face,” the deputy wrote in Pad Medrano’s arrest report. Jessica Nguyen, 30, was arrested on DUI charges on Alafaya near Waterford Lakes. She got pulled over for allegedly violating the “move over law” on the 408, and other erratic driving, the report stated. By the time she blew for her test, her BAC was a .057 — within the legal limit. The deputy wrote in his report, however, that she was likely over the legal limit when she was driving, but a two hour wait led to her level dropping to within legal limits.
