Knight’s Pantry, a student driven program here at UCF that provides food and supplies to students needing assistance, is getting national attention again. KnightNews reported about the program back in October of 2010. Since then the program gained the attention of ABC news in February and on Monday night was featured on NBC Nightly New’s Making a Difference segment.
According to the report, Knight’s Pantry has given away over 5,000 lbs of food this semester.
