The man who died, Kevin Anderson, 27, was driving a motorcycle north on Alafaya and tried making to turn left onto Pasteur Drive when he turned in the direct path of a car drivin by James Miron, 23, and was T-boned, according to officials.
Anderson died from his injuries.
It’s not known whether either of the men involved in the crash are UCF students.
Pasteur drive leads into the neighborhood shared by non-students, students and Greeks living in the Off Campus Greek Park, behind Sterling Central apartments.
The crash is still under investigation.
