Waterford Lakes Town Center has announced the opening of Body Alive Nutrition, Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant, Fresh To Order and Marlow’s Tavern, as well as the now-open Banana Republic.
“We are thrilled to add each of these new specialty retailers to the vibrant tenant mix at Waterford Lakes Town Center,” said Jamie Fraser, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Waterford Lakes Town Center. “We also look forward to sharing more exciting announcements throughout the New Year.”
Locally owned and operated, Body Alive Nutrition will open its doors to the public this April, next to First Friends Learning Academy. The 1,489 square-foot location offers a wide range of nutritional supplements to help customers achieve fitness goals through accurate information and effective supplements.
Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant is slated to open this April to all wine connoisseurs. The Winery & Restaurant concept will include an upscale casual dining restaurant, full-service bar, private barrel-aging room, and Napa-style tasting room as well as a retail gift store. The 10,320 square foot space will be located near Regal Cinemas and Pier 1 Imports.
Fresh To Order is also projected to open at the mall in 2014, as the first location to open in Florida. The concept has pioneered the ‘fast fine’ food concept by offering a level of quality that is found in casual fine dining with the price point of a fast casual establishment.
Additionally, Marlow’s Tavern will join the list of restaurants at the mall in late 2014. The 6,000 square-foot restaurant can be found between Five Guys Burgers and Fries and Regal Cinema. Set in a modern and contemporary atmosphere, the restaurant will offer a wide selection of American pub items from big bar sandwiches to crisp cool salads.
Waterford Lakes Town Center also welcomed Banana Republic which recently opened a 7,360 square-foot factory store next to Old Navy on January 30.
