Carlo’s Bakery opened its twelfth location in Orlando on Dec. 5, modeled after the flagship bakery located in Hoboken, N.J.

This location is sure to bring in new visitors that can now taste some of Buddy Valastro’s famous treats for themselves.

“I think it’s great and [Carlo’s Bakery] is going to get a lot of business,” Robyn Louis of Orlando said. “A lot of people actually do like them and they have really good treats.”

Stephanie Ringler just moved from England and is happy that her favorite television show opened up a bakery in her new town.

“I like when they make their showstopper cakes with different designs. That’s fun!” Ringler said.

The Florida Mall is expected to make a lot of dough with this new addition and according to the Orlando Business Journal, Carlo’s Bakery is just one of 27 new boutiques and eateries that are opening in the new dinning pavilion section of the mall.

Karri Hayes, an Orlando resident, said her son called everyday since the announcement of the new Carlo’s Bakery to find out when it would be opening.

Thousands lined up to get a hold of some of their favorite treats and hopefully catch a glimpse of the “Cake Boss” himself.

Valastro stated that he loves coming to Orlando with his family and this was an important location to open his new bakery.

A treat from Carlo’s Bakery would be great to take home during the holiday season. For more information about Carlo’s Bakery check out its website or visit The Florida Mall in Orlando.
