After an impressive season, UCF men’s basketball fell short against Texas Christian University in the NIT Semifinals, losing 68-53. The Knights headed to New York City to play against TCU in Madison Square Garden, guided by Head Coach Johnny Dawkins. Although the Knights fought hard with impressive moves and holding strong defensively throughout the first half, it wasn’t enough and TCU held a 14-point lead in the last few minutes, ultimately advancing to the NIT Final.
