The 2023 regular college football season has come to an end. After the regular season, teams that have won at least 6 games look forward to competing in bowl games in December. UCF finished the season with a 6-6 record and Miami finished the season with a 7-5 record.
Bryan Fischer, a FOX Sports college football writer, recently wrote an article revealing the bowl projections from FOX Sports. FOX Sports has predicted that UCF will battle Miami in the Mayo Bowl on December 27th!
Although being located in the same state, both teams don’t really have a history playing against each other. The only time these two teams played against each other was 2008-2009. Miami got the better of the Knights and won both of those games.
With this FOX Sports prediction, fans could see an explosive in-state rivalry commence as soon as the end of this year!
