UCF’s head coach Gus Malzahn is resigning from the Knights, and heading up to FSU, according to a Sunday tweet from Pete Thamel.
Starting with the Knights in 2021, Gus played a total of 4 seasons, going 9-4 in 2021, 9-5 in 2022, 6-7 in 2023, and finally 4-8 this year. Gus will no longer be UCF’s head coach, but will take over as offensive coordinator for Florida State University, if ESPN’s sources are correct. Check back for updates.
