Offensive lineman Caden Kitler announced on social media today that he is entering the transfer portal.

Kitler played in five games for the UCF Knights during the 2023 season but didn’t play at all in 2024. At 6’3” and 295 pounds, the Plano, Texas, native brought size and versatility to the team. He joined UCF in 2022 as part of that year’s recruiting class.

Kitler earned a 77.7 grade in pass blocking and made his first career start at center against the Wildcats. While his time on the field was limited, he added depth to the offensive line. Now, with two years of eligibility left, Kitler is looking for a fresh start to show what he can do.

This move comes as UCF deals with big roster and coaching changes while adjusting to life in the Big 12 Conference.

Stay tuned for updates on where Kitler goes next and how the Knights build their offensive line for 2025.
