Ben Shapiro takes questions and debates with UCF students inside the Pegasus Grand Ballroom as a part of the Fred and Lynda Allen Lecture Series hosted by Young America’s Foundation on October 25, 2021. “It is great to be back in the great state of Florida, one of the best decisions of my life was moving here,” Shapiro said. This is the first in-person lecture series event since speaking at Baylor University on November 21, 2019. The event was postponed from its original date of March of 2020 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. “I want to thank you all for your patience,” Shapiro said. “I know most of you were in preschool when we first organized this event.” Shapiro joked with the UCF crowd prior to the event. Shapiro took questions from UCF students and debated them on many different topics and challenges facing the country today.
