The UCF Knights clashed off against BYU in what many expected to be the 8th win for the Cougars. And while those expectations were proved right with a 37-24 BYU victory, the Knights might have some hope with their 4th quarterback of the season, Dylan Rizk.

Saying the Knights have hope in the remainder of their season sounds delusional, but Rizk’s stats show impressive results. While he only played for a short time towards the end of the game, he completed 6 out of 10 passes for 102 passing yards, 31 rushing yards, a touchdown, and a two point conversion. These stats out performed Jacurri Brown’s 8 out of 17 completions, 96 passing yards, and 9 rushing yards.

Highlighting some key players, RJ Harvey showed up, rushing for 127 yards and scoring 2 touchdowns. Alongside him was Jacoby Jones, who delivered 116 receiving yards and a touchdown from 6 receptions. Honorable mention goes to wide receiver Chauncey Magwood, earning 3 receptions, and providing 57 receiving yards, a sizable chunk of the Knight’s total receiving yards.

With a 5 game losing streak and the 8th annual Space Game coming up, the Knights could end the loss streak, and potentially turn their season around.
