Fans of the highly successful 4 Rivers Smokehouse may soon have a new restaurant to enjoy.
The Orlando Sentinel reports that 4 Rivers Smokehouse owner, John Rivers, has plans for a new restaurant called The COOP.
“Think fried chicken, but with shrimp and grits, brisket shepherd’s pie and more twists on home-style favorites,” Heather McPherson, Orlando Sentinel Food Editor reported.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, Rivers and his team are looking in the Winter Park area for the new restaurant. Rivers also tells the Sentinel that his team is working on the concept and location but still has a ways to go.
