According to the police report, the student victim blacked out in the early morning of April 28 at a party at Knights Circle and friends later told her she had been raped in apartment on the floor above where the party was held.

The victim told police that she got drunk on vodka mixed drinks and about 10 ounces of Jose Cuervo Silver tequila, the report states.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, Noel was released on bail from the Orange County Jail after being arrested on a charge of sexual performance by a child. He is not a student at UCF.
