One of the many student housing complexes near UCF was just sold off for millions of dollars, according to a report.
According to the Orlando Business Journal, the 156-unit Orion on Orpington apartment complex was recently sold for $29.2 million — or $187,179 per unit.
On Oct. 21, New York-based Orion LL LLC bought the complex located at 12700 Orpington St., according to the Orlando Business Journal.
Another student housing complex in the area, formerly known as Sterling, was just renamed as part of a change in management. The complex is now known as the Marquee.
Arbor Apartments, located on Alafaya Trail, was also renamed to the Place at Alafaya.
