The University of Central Florida Football program has agreed to a home-and-home series with the Atlantic Coast Conference’s University of North Carolina, both schools announced on Wednesday.

On September 15, 2018 the Knights will travel to Chapel Hill to face the Tar Heels and on September 12, 2020 North Carolina will take to Central Florida to face your UCF Knights.

UNC adds as the seventh non-conference opponent UCF will face at home in the next four seasons: Maryland and South Carolina State (2016), Georgia (2017), Florida Atlantic (2018), Stanford (2019) and now North Carolina in (2020).

The first game featuring a new athletics staff for UCF Football takes place at Bright House Networks Stadium on September 3 against SC State at 7 p.m.
