Members of the Presidential Search Committee will gather Tuesday for the first time since being approved by the UCF Board of Trustees at the end of October.
The committee will receive presentations from five search firms that will help UCF recruit presidential candidates and will also discuss how to involve the community during the search process.
The following are firms being considered for hire by the Board of Trustees:
- Greenwood/Asher & Associates, Inc.
- Diversified Search Group
- Storbeck/Pimentel & Associates
- R. William Funk & Associates
- Korn Ferry
The Board of Trustees is expected to vote and hire a firm this week, according to the release.
The meeting will open to the public and will be held inside the Global Communication Room inside UCF’s Morgridge International Reading Center from 9 a.m. to noon.

The 15-member committee is tasked with identifying finalists for the Board of Trustees to select from and find ways to involve the public in the search.
