The Bread Hunt: Grandma Demands 99 Cent Thrift Bread
Beyond UCF, Comedy, Videos — By Andrew Stein on November 8, 2010 at 6:24 pmThis weekend, I took a trip down to Boca Raton, FL, to visit my wonderful grandmother on her 90th birthday. We all gathered at my uncle’s house, enjoyed great food, great company and then it was time to head home. I, being the world’s greatest grandson, offered to drive my grandmother home. This is where the story gets interesting.
Once we sat down in the car, she proclaims “we need to stop at the flea market.” When I asked why, she said she needed to purchase bread. I offered to go to the local grocery store to do some human style shopping, but alas, logic had no bounds that day. She resisted the offer, claiming she had a coupon for 99-cent “thrift bread,” which was only available at the large flea market. At this point, I had to agree to go with her to get the bread, but not before letting the cameras roll.

Great video. These other comments are idiotic. You can easily see the love he has for his grandma. No need to be Jewish to see how cute she is.
I get the humor he is trying to display. However, I find it very disrespectful to put this video up. He needs to realize how blessed he is to have a 90 year old Grandmother and the pennies she tries to save, I’m sure will be given to him when she passes on. If he wasn’t such a douche bag he would have made sure she had a full pantry of food and wasn’t down to 6 slices of bread.
this is amazing! and im pretty sure you have to be jewish to fully appreciate just how funny this video really is! my grandma, just like every other jewish grandma, is just like this!!
lol this kid looks like a douche in every video he posts on this website
I’m sure this kid got bullied in High School. Disgrace to Jews in general (especially Boca)

It’s understandable if you have certain grandparents and you make jokes about them in the family or between friends.
But when you put a video of yourself and your grandma up there, making fun of her for the whole world to see, it’s really quite demeaning.
How would you feel, when you have kids, to have your oldest son, who means a lot to you, making videos that make fun of you and make you look stupid?
You can guarantee, Stein, now that you’ve posted this video, if you ever think of running for any public office, this video will be used to show how you think of the elderly (even if it’s not accurate).
Congratulations
How can you make fun of your grandmother like that?
Cool Story Bro.
The funniest part is Stein chomping at the grandma’s fingers at the end.
