Night 3 of Spring Fraternity Rush Cancelled
Safety, UCF Greek Life — By Cliff Jett on January 21, 2011 at 4:47 pmKnightNews.com has just learned that the third night of Spring Fraternity Rush, scheduled for tonight, has been cancelled due to the inclement water.
For people who weren’t able to make it out to the first night, IFC suggested looking at the fraternity’s Facebook groups and website.
“Unfortunately, the last night of IFC Recruitment had to be cancelled due to weather conditions, and will not be postponed,” according to Adam Brock, the Inter Fraternity Council’s President.
“It’s unfortunate, but you have to think of safety first.”

Doesn’t everyone think they are better than everyone at rush? if you don’t think like that.. your weak. Why rush a fraternity if you and their members don’t believe they are the best, and to be the best you take the best. I think we can all agree 1 out of 10 potentials were quality at this rush, BUT then again every fraternity has a different definition of “quality” so to each their own.
I heard they both decided to drop anyway.
Beta didn’t want to take anyone. They think they are better than everyone. it’s sad.
Wasn’t their TENT dead anyway? Looked like no one wanted to join them.
I heard beta did the worst…. only 2 pledges as of last night :/
Sigma Chi probably pushed to cancel it so their spray tans wouldn’t get ruined.
