Bustamante’s facebook profile says he attended UCF Graduate School for Human Factors in 2001.

The report goes on to say that authorities found the body of the girl, Katy Benoit, with multiple gunshot wounds by a .45-caliber gun on her front porch on Monday.

The relationship had been violent leading to a break up in March, but that didn’t stop the violence, according to a police report. Bustamante had pointed a gun at her multiple occasions after that.

Benoit had filed a complaint on Bustamante with the University of Idaho but it is unclear what the university did.
