Plaza on University has announced BurgerFi as another tenant joining the apartment’s retail space.

According to the Orlando Business Journal, the North Palm Beach-based “green” burger chain will be the sixth Central Florida location and will boast a 3,000-square-foot eatery with a patio.

Plaza on University, located at the corner of University Boulevard and Alafaya Trail, has 63,000 square feet of commercial space, and will be introducing more than 1,300 new luxurious and designer furnished beds into the market. The complex is expected to welcome its first residents in September.

The complex also announced Bento Cafe as its first retail tenant in October.

The restaurant near UCF is slated for a late summer opening and is being developed by franchisees Jim Pagano and Henry Talerico III of Sunshine Burgers LLC, who also own the Park Avenue location in Winter Park, as well as the planned location on International Drive, according to OBJ.

Continue to check back as more retailers are announced at Plaza.
