A University of Central Florida Student Union spokesman stated the SU food court will hopefully see its first new restaurant opened Monday as part of its 21st-century renovation.
Which Wich, a sandwich joint that offers a wide range of sandwiches and gyros, is expected to open on October 15. Next in line will be Panda Express with another hopeful opening date at the end of October.
The final two storefronts – Q’Doba and Steak N Shake – are expected to open early Spring 2019, according to the spokesman.
