Orange County deputies have been disciplined after revealing details about Bob Saget’s death before his family knew, according to a report.

On Jan. 9, Saget was found dead at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando after suffering from head trauma, according to the Chief Medical Examiner Joshua Stephany.

Deputies Emiliano Silva and Steven Reed both revealed the news of Saget’s death without proper approval.

Emiliano Silva, who was a responder to Saget’s death, messaged his brother letting him know of Saget’s passing.

Moments later, Silva’s brother posted online to Twitter saying, “RIP Bob Saget.”

Although the tweet was deleted, viewers circulated the news instantaneously.

Reed, an off-duty deputy, texted his neighbors immediately when he heard the news of Saget’s death.

Both deputies violated the “Discipline Dispute Resolution Process.”

Disciplinary actions have not been reported or released.
