The old Amway Arena at Central Florida’s Downtown Orlando is set to be imploded on the morning of March 25.

The $100 million center opened in 1989 and now has plans to be destroyed and turned into a creative village. The city has signed with Creative Village Development to build a hub for digital media businesses next to the University of Central Florida’s school for emerging media according to Wesh 2 News.

The implosion is expected to take around 15 seconds with the roof imploding first followed by the rest of the main supports.

The demolition is reported to cost nearly $2 million, but city officials say it costs nearly $750,000 per year to maintain it as it is.

The building is set to be destroyed at around 7:30 a.m. on March 25.
