The week after the Fourth of July is full of great deals for college students on a tight budget.
Chic-fil-A and 7-Eleven both have free deals going on, while IHOP and Krispy Kreme have extremely discounted deals.
On July 8, IHOP is celebrating its 56th anniversary, selling a short stack of pancakes for 56 cents on Tuesday. The discount will be available to customers from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday, July 11 has a surplus of discounted or free food opportunities.
It is Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-A restaurants, 7/11 day at 7-Eleven and Krispy Kreme’s 77th birthday.
During Cow Appreciation Day, customers who dress up as a cow can get one free meal, those who partially dress up can get a free entree.
7/11 day is 7-Eleven’s annual free slurpee giveaway. From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., customers can get one free small slurpee in celebration of Free Slurpee Day. Customers who get the 7-Eleven mobile app or text the word FREE to 711711 will also be eligible for free giveaways for days following.
Finally, Krispy Kreme is offering a dozen donuts for 77 cents after buying the first dozen in celebration of the companies’ birthday.
