The Osceola Magic (2-0) delivered a stunning, record-breaking performance on Puerto Rican Heritage Night, rallying in the second half to defeat the Texas Legends (0-2) 144-112 at Osceola Heritage Park.
After trailing at the half, the Magic’s offense exploded, setting new Tip-Off Tournament records for most points in a game, 144, and a half, 89, fueled by an electrifying tandem of two-way players.
Center Orlando Robinson made a sensational debut with a 25-point, 13-rebound double-double, while fellow big man Colin Castleton matched him with 25 highly efficient points on 77 percent shooting.
The game-changing momentum, however, came from Magic’s dominant second-half bench play, spearheaded by guard Javonte Smart, as Osceola showcased its depth and offensive firepower to secure a decisive victory and remain unbeaten to start the 2025-26 G League season.
The Osceola Magic will look to continue their momentum at home as they face the Mexico City Capitanes on Thursday, November 13th, at Silver Spurs Arena.
