UCF appears 19 times in the Epstein files released by the Department of Justice.

When searching in the Epstein library, the keyword “UCF” hits in nineteen different files, all of which have some redaction. Below are some of the files Knight News has already analyzed.

Included is an expert witness affidavit from Ryan C.W. Hall, M.D. At the time of submission in 2009, Dr. Hall was an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry in the Department of Medical Education at the UCF College of Medicine while maintaining a private practice in psychiatry and forensic psychiatry. Dr. Hall continued to teach at UCF until 2022.

The affidavit submitted was for an anonymous victim. The plaintiff, or victim, filed a 31-count complaint against Epstein containing “sensitive allegations of sexual assault and abuse upon a minor.” Dr. Hall suggested and was requested to complete an independent medical examination for the victim. This included full physical and mental evaluations.

Another file makes reference to the investigation of a woman who lived in the UCF area. While the name of one possible apartment residence is redacted, it is stated that the investigator spoke with “Lofts office personnel,” possibly referring to an apartment complex with the name. The investigated individual’s relation to Epstein is unclear and no specific accusation of wrongdoing is apparent in the unredacted file.

Knight News is investigating what the relation of each mention is. Come check back at a later date with a detailed analysis.
